1.2. Mai Pood is an online store offering eco-friendly, handmade home and body care products.

2.1. All Mai Pood products are handmade in small batches from natural ingredients.
2.2. Product information, including ingredients, usage instructions, and warnings, is provided honestly and transparently in the product descriptions and on packaging.
2.3. Mai Pood is not responsible for any incompatibility arising from individual allergies or sensitivities to ingredients.
2.4. We always recommend performing a patch test (e.g., on the inner elbow) before using a new product to avoid possible allergic reactions.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1. All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT applicable in the Republic of Estonia.
3.2. Payments can be made securely via bank link, credit card, or other payment methods offered in the online store.

4. Ordering and Delivery

4.1. Customers place orders by selecting desired products, adding them to the shopping cart, and filling in the necessary information.
4.2. The order is considered confirmed after the payment has been received.
4.3. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days after the payment has been received.
4.4. Products are delivered via the chosen parcel locker service or other selected delivery methods.

5. Returns and Cancellations

5.1. According to the Law of Obligations Act, customers have the right to return products purchased online within 14 days of receiving the goods.
5.2. Hygiene products (such as soaps, deodorants, toothpastes, etc.) can only be returned if unopened and unused.
5.3. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
5.4. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned products are received and inspected.

6.1. Mai Pood processes customer personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).
6.2. Personal data is used to fulfill orders and provide customer service and is not shared with third parties without the customer's consent, except for logistics partners (e.g., courier services) necessary for delivery.

8.1. All disputes shall primarily be settled by mutual agreement.
